- To encourage and provide opportunities for students to network with town employers that could lead to a better understanding of personal "strengths and areas of need and set new learning goals".

- Analyze DIP results to inform best practices and target needs.
- To continue "in-school" volunteer and leadership opportunities that will encourage students to apply "knowledge, understanding and skills in real life contexts and situations". Ex. "Recycle program"
- Identify resources, learning activities and professional development opportunities to support student and staff in the acquisition reconciliation and FNMI knowledge.
